Through the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and LCC (Life Cycle Cost), LMS ENERGIA offers extremely powerful tools to analyze the life cycle of any product or process and the corresponding effects in terms of environmental impact, starting from “conception” and reaching disposal / recycling – “from the cradle to the grave”.
Through the study of a product or process life cycle, it is therefore possible to identify the phases and moments in which environmental criticalities are most concentrated, the subjects that have to take charge of it (producer, user, ecosystem, etc.) and the information necessary to carry out improvement interventions.
LCA can be used at a product level, to improve products and services (eco-design) to request eco-labeling, to support a green procurement policy.
Both analyzes, applied to processes or services provide information to the decision-making process in order to evaluate different strategies of a business plan.
